Terms of Use

These terms apply if you use ADFOS free of charge — browsing dealer videos, following dealerships, saving content, enquiring about a vehicle, or holding a salesperson account.

If you pay for a subscription, our Business Terms of Service apply to you instead.

Free accounts cost nothing and we will never ask you for payment for one. You need to be at least 18 to create an account.

Keep your login details to yourself. Tell us at sales@adfos.co.uk if you think someone else has got access to your account.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app, or at adfos.co.uk/data.

Use ADFOS lawfully and decently. Please do not harass anyone, impersonate anyone, upload content you do not own the rights to, scrape the site, or try to break into it.

We may suspend or close accounts that do any of those things.

We do not sell vehicles. Dealerships on ADFOS are independent businesses, responsible for their own listings, prices, descriptions and conduct.

Any purchase, deposit, part-exchange, finance agreement or dispute is between you and the dealer. We do not verify listings, we are not an agent for any dealer, and we are not a party to your dealings with them.

When you enquire about a vehicle we pass your details to that dealer so they can contact you. From that point the dealer is responsible for how they use your information and for their own compliance with data protection law.

If you post content, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a licence to host, store and display it on ADFOS so the service works.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you post, including permission from anyone who appears in it.

If you use the ADFOS app, the app store's own terms apply as well as these. These terms are with NestVid LTD, not with Apple or Google.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

We provide ADFOS free of charge and as it is. We cannot promise it will always be available, or free of errors or interruptions.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Beyond that, and because we provide this service free of charge, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable — including anything arising out of your dealings with a dealer.

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the current version on this page. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
